Online access to an audio file of a speech made by Daranee Charnchoengsilpakul (alias Da Torpedo) has been blocked in Thailand. Da Torpedo made the speech last month at Sanam Luang, Bangkok, and was subsequently charged with
lese majeste. Recordings of the speech have been uploaded to numerous file-sharing websites, though access within Thailand has been blocked. The file is currently unblocked at 4shared.com, imeem.com, and ziddu.com.
