FACT
A new organisation, FACT (Freedom Against Censorship Thailand), has released a statement campaigning against Thai internet censorship, on its website at facthai.wordpress.com.

Thais are pretty damn ethnocentric, to the point that it might be a pathological trait. Worse in upper/ruling class folks. They just can't seem to accept imperfections ,real or perceived, in their culture. This thing about censorship will be rationalized as being "for the good of the people", much like the rest of the government's action.
Haughty and hypocritical seems to sum it up pretty well.
