Mohammed cartoons

This image is taken from Jyllands-Posten, the Danish newspaper which published twelve cartoons caricaturing Mohammed on 30th September.

I honestly cannot see anything wrong in satirising religion. Yes, these cartoons are blasphemous, but as an atheist my response is: so what? If you wish to subscribe to a mythological belief system, that's your choice, though it does not give you the right to prevent others from satirising that belief system.
